Process & Eligibility
Nominations for the Heart of Hospitality Awards must be submitted by an OCMD Hospitality Association member business. Each award category includes specific eligibility requirements and nomination criteria designed to recognize excellence across all levels of the hospitality industry.
Please review the descriptions below to determine the most appropriate category for your nominee. All nominations must be submitted by December 1 and will be evaluated through the Association's review process. Award recipients will be recognized at the annual Heart of Hospitality Awards Celebration.

Honors a General Manager who demonstrates exceptional leadership, inspires their team, and delivers outstanding guest experiences while driving success within an Ocean City attraction.
Ideal nominees include:
- Leads by example and inspires their team
